Work is coming to a standstill...two comments haunt me, have kept me over focussed on thoughts rather than action, "I don't want to coach...I choose my brother on the floor." Errr. Looking forward to a change in managers...someone who hears the words--grasps the meaning, sees value in things for what they are.
