Received the first e-mail from Jefferson. He sounds good and focussed. Independence does the mind good.
Work is at a standstill. Haven't picked up an old project as I am off for two weeks. Whoa! But think I will be very well rested upon my return and hopefully will have a fresh perspective on how things can be improved.
Steve wandered in at half three this morning...another build...few more weeks and his work should settle a bit. I think the week away for him is more than needed.
