Got Cathy to walk with me in Coyote Hills. She was surprised by how nice the day was and the distance she walked. Enjoyed herself immensely. I think I have her convinced that trying Mission slowly is doable--hills and all. Just go slow, take lots of breaks and keep taking in the view. The weather will eventually be cold...but we have about a month of good weather. Hope she keep sit up.
