eJoy Cafe

University of Arizona...and although there is little of anykind of scene here as a parent UofAZ seems a better option. It is self-contained, school is the focal point and there is an environment which seems to engulf the student. Jefferson tried and was successful in seeing how he could fit.

I went to Mill Street in Tempe. Cute. Checked out the Hippie Gypsy--a head shop, very much like a place in Lexington and Louisville (and akin to almost all the off the wall shops on 8th Street in the Village). Went to Borders looking for a Statistics primer and some Six Sigma references and checked out briefly the magazine section. Nothing jumped out at me...nothing screamed, "I am here, absorb me." Books can do that, things can do that, that inherent affinity for something without known cause or reason...rationalizing...hehe.

Headed to the eJoy Internet Cafe (how can a joyisonesfuel person skip at least stepping into something called eJoy...guess that could have a downside...but it looked harmless enough)...chatted with Jae & J...checked mail...did some isixsigma.com research and tried like heck to remember the game links--with no luck.
