In training we covered decision systems analysis, non-normal distributions, classes and causes of non-normality and the answer is something called non-parametric tools that assume nothing about normality.

Just got off a conference call whereby I have been informed I have a new manager. It's odd to be told something in a group setting when you know that 50% of the folks already have the inside scoop...leave it to distance, focus, undercover corporate machinations. More interesting, all around, this is most probably a positive move for all parties involved...and consulting in Asia in five years is still looking good.
