"Standing at the edge of everything..."
5.25mile hike around Mission Peak last evening, watched the sunset and felt the temps drop...Cathy and I are going to walk the lake tonight and then tomorrow I will hike from the Mission Peak to Ed Levin park trail. Rack up some miles, prep for the long hike with a pack on.
Picking out additional trails to hike at Zion.
Reading through Trail Runners magazine...learning to run downhill with Steve's assistance, "let loose, let loose, let loose and go!"...keep telling myself to wave the arms...not sure when I was young I ever ran downhills...but the experience makes you grin ear to ear.
